    Steps in the process

    The worker fill out a questionnaire which includes general and personal information and mostly employment information with specifications regarding his/her upcoing employment in Cyprus

    The sponcer fill out a questioner which includes general and personal information regarding his family and general specifications regarding the domestic workers the sponcer want to hire.

    The family meet face to face with the candidate in order to get impressed and ask all the questions they want to find out which is the most suitable and compatibale with the family needs.

    In case both sides are pleased and would like to move forward with the process, both will sign the employment contract.

    The worker’s Health Insurance Certificate covering primary and secondary medical care and transportation of mortal remains (Plan A) Or Certificate of registration with the GeSY and private insurance to cover the costs of repatriation of mortal remains.

    At this stage, the agency will submit the complete set of documents accumulated so far for the visa application. The agency will also update the family and the candidate according to the progress with the immigration office.

    The sponsor fill out a questioner which includes general and personal information regarding his family and general specifications regarding the domestic workers the sponsor want to hire.

    Our agency will ingage interview with potential candidates and watch their recorded videos and speak with them by video call if possible in order to match the most suitable candidates to the sponcer’s family.

    The family will be presented with resume of the most suitable candidates and will have video calls/phone calls in order to get impressed and ask all the questions they want to find out which is the most suitable and compatibale with the family needs

    After the candidate was chosen, the sponsor and the candidate engage the process of the work permit. This process includes several specific documents the sponsor must present and the candidate must present in

    The moment the candidate has landed in Cyprus, he will need to present the original entry permit at the airport immigration office. afterwards our agency will make sure he will arrive to the family and have a direct contact with our agency representitive to make sure he is settled.

    Upon the worker’s arrival in Cyprus, she undergoes several medical examinations as required by law to ensure her health is in good condition and that her transition to the family can be safely completed.

    Once the worker has settled, he has up to 7 days to complete the permit process and be present in person at the Civil Registry and Migration Department with one of our agency representitive and present several documents including giving biometric data.

    At this stage, the agency will submit the complete set of documents accumulated so far for the visa application. The agency will also update the family and the candidate according to the progress with the immigration office.
